I was delighted by the convenient location of Movenpick Hotel, just a short one-minute walk from Southern Cross station. The cleanliness of the hotel was a definite bonus, and I appreciated the variety of breakfast options available to cater to different dietary needs. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to assist. The car park was also a convenient amenity for travelers with vehicles.
While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the size could have been a bit larger, and the pillows were a bit too high and stiff for my liking. Additionally, the TV placement in the room was a bit odd, and the bar fridge had limited offerings.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the train station. It made it so easy to get around and explore the city. Plus, there were plenty of food options nearby so we never had to worry about going hungry. The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. They were always there to help and provide any assistance we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially loved the rain shower in the bathroom. And the free wifi was a great perk. The hotel also had a great leisure area with a pool, spa, and sauna. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to Southern Cross Sky Bus terminal and all trams that can take you around the city easily. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and despite them being slightly smaller than expected, they provided plenty of storage for our family of four. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and saunas, were clean and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, greeting us warmly at check-in and providing a bowl of sweets and chocolates in our room.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a fantastic stay at a stylish hotel in a convenient location. The hotel was close to public transportation and easy to get to from the airport. There were trams nearby and I could easily explore the surrounding area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with quality products provided in the bathroom. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. I also enjoyed the view from my room, which added to the overall experience.
There was one minor issue with the coffee shop being understaffed during my stay.
